IntelliHer 2023 Recap: A Year of Growth and Collaboration

As we bid farewell to 2023, we wanted to take the time to reflect on the incredible journey that IntelliHer has had over the past year. From the launch of our Instagram account to expanding our reach across states and countries and forging partnerships with organizations worldwide, it has been a year of immense growth and collaboration.

Expanding our Reach

One of the highlights of our journey in 2023 was the establishment of our Instagram account. This platform allowed us to connect with a larger audience and share our mission of empowering women in various fields. We have gained 1000+ followers, not only across 20 states in the US but also spanning across 6 different countries. We've been able to share educational content as well as workshops and conference tickets through our platform.

Global Collaborations

Collaboration has always been at the heart of our mission, and in 2023, we took it to new heights. We are proud to have coordinated partnerships with more than 10 organizations across the United States and the world. These collaborations have enabled us to combine our efforts and resources to create a more significant impact in empowering women and breaking barriers.

We worked with Society of Women Engineers (SWE) groups throughout the country, including UMich and UPenn SWE's, to host speaker events for our students.

We worked with the Marine Mammal Center to conduct an interview, sharing tips and advice for aspiring marine professionals.

We worked with the ICEJ to share information about the Middle Eastern conflict, and found that EDUCATION is the most important to cause change. So LEARN! Take every opportunity to dive into politics, activism, and ways to make an impact with your knowledge.

Empowering Students Everywhere

At IntelliHer, our mission is to empower students in all aspects of life. Throughout 2023, we have worked tirelessly to provide resources, support, and a platform for students to thrive. From hosting webinars and workshops to sharing inspiring stories and experiences, we have created a community of passionate individuals.

Achievements and Milestones

Reflecting on the past year, we are proud of the achievements and milestones we have reached. From organizing successful events and campaigns to receiving recognition for our impact, every step forward has been due to the dedication and hard work of our team and supporters.

Our organization also was featured in a magazine and by NCWIT, with much more to come.

Looking Ahead

As we embark on a new year, we are excited to build upon the foundation we have laid in 2023. Our vision for the future includes expanding our reach, forging new partnerships, and continuing to empower women around the globe. We already have upcoming collaborations with STEM from Dance, Climate Cardinals, Encode Justice, and more! We're excited to dive into environmentalism, music, AI ethics, and many more fields for our students to explore in 2024.
